2.In all counties ,according to customs regulations all the goods needs Customs duties and brokerage fees        when arrival at destination. That’s buyer’ responsibility.

3.Subject to the value in the invoice for your local customs, we can mark it less value if buyer insist on. we      mark real value default .

4.Please also inform us the voltage and plug you need.
   (Voltage for option 110V 0r 220v Plug: Europe plug/USA plug/England plug/ Australia plug)

Warranty 

1.Please kindly tell us which your country’s voltage is and plug type before purchase.

2.After received instrument please keep the “factory serial number” this is important for after service.

3.so far the Chinese instrument is too cheap, can not afford over sea Maintenance Center.
4.For most of our instrument warranty period is 18months.

   During this period, the machine appear problems, we’ll ask our technical section cover the problems            including (trouble shooting guide, photo, video) if this method can not make sense, we’ll ask fast express    to take it back to our factory.

5.The international freight(back to CHINA) and repair costs is by both side. But if the machine was broken,      like dropping down, getting water or any wrong operation, which are out of our duty.
   We promise life long service, if the instruments exceed the warranty period, we will also give advice and      good service, but it will charge money for extra spare part.

9. How about the customs declaration amount?

  In principle, we are according to the actual payment amount to making a declaration, if you need change, please indicate the amount of customs declaration, we will consider the circumstances for making a declaration.

10. What about the import license?

  Some ophthalmic medical instrument need  import license (such as auto refractometer \ trail lens set \ phoropter \ slit lamp \ a scan etc.), lens meter / lens edger sunglasses display stand are not need import license. For example Brazil and Mexico customer need CPF for import auto refractometer. (Because the Argentine customs restrictions, temporarily does not support sold to Argentina.)

11. Who pay the custom duty?

  If refuse to pay import duties and cause the product return. All liability to the buyer, all expenses for goods returned need paid by the buyer, including return freight and tariffs.                We appreciate if the buyer can confirm receiving the goods and give good feedback within 3 days.
