Q2:Is sample order acceptable?
A2:Yes, single or multiple samples are acceptable.

Q3:What special processing can you do for the CNC parts?
A3:Recessed, embossed, chamfered, printed, etc.

Q4:What's the thickness you can make?
A4:0.2 ~ 30MM, normal thickness: 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 1.8mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm, 4.0mm, 5.0mm, 6.0mm, etc.

Q5:Is it OK to print my logo on the product?
A5:Yes, we support OEM/ODM service.

Q6:How long is the lead time?
A6: Production time: 1-5 days for sample, 5-15 days for mass order, according to the order volume. Delivery time: 3~15 days by express (DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT, etc) or by air, or 5-30 days by sea.

Q7:What are the payment methods?
A7:Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), Western Union and Paypal.
